Founded in 2007 on nothing but $5,000 and persistent, aggressive and diligent entrepreneurial spirit, our companies now hold over $3,485,000 in real estate assets that generate gross potential rents of $504,960 annually.

Our first house was a duplex in the 19th ward of Rochester. We bought it
for $52,000 using seller financing , spent $5,000 fixing it up and getting it rented and then had it reassessed by the bank. The bank assessed the property at $80,000 allowing us to refinance the property with a loan totaling $64,000. With that money we paid the seller in full exactly as promised, recouped our initial $5000 investment and had several thousand dollars left over as our profit. The best part is that we still own that property today and it continues to generate a profit for our company each and every month. Building on the modest success of our first building, Our company has systematically bought 15 additional cash flowing properties in and around Rochester. Most recently, we have purchased a 151 unit self storage facility which doubled in value in the first twelve months of ownership.  We utilized this new equity to add 20,000 square feet of rent-able space and have since bought a second facility in hopes of reproducing similar results.

December, 2016

Completed another round of expansion at two storage facilities.  Added 4,800 sq. ft. to one and 6,650 sq. ft. at the second. Cost of expansion was approximately $207,000 and will result in an increase in value of roughly $650,000 
October, 2014

Closed on 117 unit Storage Facility.  Will be adding 1 acre of secured outdoor parking right away and 3 buildings as demand dictates. Anticipate increasing value from $410,000 to $600,000 by October of 2015.

Completed another 4,800 square foot building to storage facility bringing facility to 25,000 square foot threshold. Projected Value of $1.5 Million by June of 2014

Achieved 90% occupancy after adding 10,000 square feet of rentable space to self-storage facility.​​

Closed construction loan to expand self-storage facility. Potential for profits continues to grow. Post- expansion value to be $1.25 Million by summer 2013.

Achieved 90+% occupancy at self-storage facility effectively raising value from $330,000 to $750,000 and we have the appraisal to prove it.​​

September 27th, 2011:

Purchased 150 Unit Self Storage Facility in Syracuse, NY for $330,000.
